I spend a lot of the time watching the food network. Where I prefer to experiment with my own ingredients and quantities I find I get a lot of inspiration watching other chef's cook stuff up.

Italian food is one of my favorites, and what I like about Gaida's recipes is that they often have other influences from different parts of the world.

I am already curious about the first recipe that has appeared "Champagne Sangria" - come the summer that could be a nice drink with a BBQ party.
