Recently arrested on tax evasion charges, Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has waved his right to a detention hearing. Francis has decided to forgo a bail release so he can stay in jail to work on he next video project: Bad Boys in Bondage.

“It will be more popular than drunk topless girls on spring break in Panama City,” said Francis. “These guys in here don’t need any alcohol to show it off. It’s all tattoos and modified prison shorts. Now, bend over Killer, that's it...you're very naughty.”

Francis expects to have his first DVD available by May, with a tour of the nation’s prisons to complete a series.

Discussions are underway for American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken to host.
