As the United States gears up full blast toward another presidential election it is apparent there is only one Republican candidate who can beat the likes of Hillary Clinton. That candidate is Rudy Giuliani and here are the reasons why.

Giuliani has a reputation for being strong in the midst of turmoil and danger. His performance as mayor of New York has garnered the support of some of the most right wing Republicans. His left leaning stand on social issues should bring a significant number of Democrats over to his side.

The Democratic party is in shambles. Its scorn and hatred for anything Republican has left the United States with a totally impotent Congress.

Their is no real leadership in either party at the moment. The people of the United States are clamoring for a strong leader to step forward be it Republican or Democrat. Rudy Giuliani is the only candidate on either side of the aisle who can fill that role.

Hillary Clinton, the strongest of the Democrats, cannot make up her mind on the real issues. She vaccilates more than a washing machine.

Evangelist Pat Robertson (who is known for his far right ideology) threw his support behind Giuliani for one reason. He understands that Rudy Giuliani is the only Republican who will even come close to winning in the 2008 Presidential election.
