As I told Lori (in a comment to an article in which she went 'valley girl'-crazy about global-warming), it's only "global" in that it's effect isn't seen where it's cause comes from (the factory-owners burning the gigantic condoms aren't anywhere near the melting ice, the dying bears, the suffocating penguins, the drowning bears, the evaporating lakes or the burning grizzleys).

And when we break off the portion of Earth we no longer need and throw it into the Sun, the land on which we remain will be Paradise! ... murky, muggy, heavily-flammable Paradise! :-))
