Is the Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility (P.U.M.A.)vechile the electric car of the future? GM and Segway are sure hoping so.

It kinda looks like a big Segway or maybe a crushed golf cart. There seems to be some problems with it that the article brings up - mostly practical ones rather than engineering ones. Take a look and see what up think.
