God's Symphony

God's Symphony

I hear the tap tapping of rain on the camper roof.

What's that? My Lord is calling me near.

He softly whispers listen, listen - listen to my symphony

that I have written for you.

I listen. Oh what glorious sounds I hear!

The rain falling through the trees, as it beats the sound

just like soft brushes upon the drums.

The birds chirping to add their cheerful harmonies and

ocassionally a bug buzzes by to add their refrain.

But it is quiet except for these gentile sounds.

The Lord has brought me here to hear the music I cannot hear

in the city.

Thank you Lord, that this still exists and that I may

experience your symphony.

I am humbled in your presence just to know you wanted me to

hear and thankful that I heard your call.

"Be still and know I am Lord"
