I woke up one morning, switched on the my PC, and now logged into my gmail account as my morning routine, to my surprise I was so horrified to see the following message:

Subject: Google Adsense Account Disabled
It has come to our attention that invalid clicks and/or impressions
have been generated on the Google ads displayed on your site(s).
Therefore, we have disabled your Google AdSense account. Please
understand that this was a necessary step in order to protect the
interest of the AdWords advertisers.
A publisher’s site may not have invalid clicks or impressions on any
ad(s), including but not limited to clicks and/or impressions generated
by:
- a publisher on his own webpages
- a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads
- automated clicking programmes or any other deceptive software
- a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behaviour, targeting or delivery of ads for any reason
These or any other such activities that violate Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and programme polices may have led us to disable your
account.

Ok, after reading this message, to be honest it really got me so mad, knowing the stress I passed through in promoting these ads. Before then my account was reading $80. WOW!!
I immediately contacted them, although in some messages google would advice that you do not have to reply the message. But google will never tell you how to appeal for the reinstatement of your account except you already know.

After 48hrs of appealing, I got the following message from one of the reps:

Thank you for your email. As you know, Google treats instances of invalid
clicks very seriously. By disabling your account, we feel that we have
taken the necessary measures to ensure that invalid clicks will not
continue to occur on your site. Due to the proprietary nature of our
monitoring system, we are not able to disclose any specific details of
these clicks.

Its looks short but very interesting, then my madness came to order. I kept wondering why such thing could happen to me cos I hardly click my ads, well it was strange but through my adsense report on the adsense account page I realized the increase in the clicks that month. It was so much that my ads receive up to 7 clicks per day some thing that has not happened for long. I guess the robot was wrong.
One advice I will give you is; Try to diversify your income, do not rely only on one stream of income.
