Google Barcode Logo | Google's 57th Anniversary Barcode 'Doodle'

Google , the search engine, is celebrating the 57th anniversary of the patenting of the Barcode with a Google logo that is literally a Barcode. The Google logo barcode spells out “Google” using Code 128, which is “a standard way of encoding ASCII character strings". Google regularly changes its logo for holidays and other special events. The bar code is a representation of data that is machine-readable.
