Google Turns Eleven - A Brief History

I must say right up front – I don’t like Google. I don’t think they can be trusted with my personal information or with access to my computer and it’s data. They cave to the wishes of radical, extreme and suppressive governments so they can increase their market share and up their bottom line. I have no respect for companies that take no moral stand.

Having said that, I can not deny that the company has done an amazing job in it’s expansion and is a powerhouse in the information business. Love them or hate them, they are a super success and have done it in less than eleven years.

They have come a long way from the $100,00 in start up capital and working out of a $1700 per month garage. Congratulation to Google on their eleventh year.

Thanks for the info...

I really appreciate the way you honestly expressed your views on google. Honestly, I know nothing about it until this post was read. From my personal experience, I seldom use google in my data search for I found it insufficient in meeting my expectations. Thanks for posting this.
