Googling with Google-Google over Adsense Sales and Earnings

Googling with Google-Google over Adsense Sales and Earnings

As most of you all ready know Xomba.com receives its earnings from the Google Adsense ads that run on its pages. And most of you also know that Xomba splits its earnings 50/50 with its writers, which is more generous than most of the writing websites. Or in case of a referral the split is 50% for the writer, 40% for Xomba.com, and 10% for the writer referring another writer.

Anyway, I bet your wondering how much Google, the online dominant advertiser makes in its dealings. Well, the Mountain View California based company ended its last quarter in June with $1.48 billion which was $4.66 per market share.

I know I, L Wagen, formerly known as Wagen Load Productions, have kidded with other online Xomba writers, Darrell Curts, formerly known as wHATUP, and Rycharde Manne, formerly known as Rycharde Manne that writing for Xomba may be the only job in town, the way the economy is going, especially in formerly known Construction Happy Phoenix, AZ.

I may be right. $1.48 billion per quarter, that is 3 months, is a lot of money for one company to make!

But of course, you ask, if business goes downhill won’t they stop advertising online too! Well, that’s true, but mostly the business community has stopped advertising in the newspapers, and that’s why so many of your local papers have gone under recently. I can think of The Chicago Tribune, and the The Tucson Daily Star as two examples of recent newspaper demises in the country.

I guess advertising on the world wide net is less expensive, and now reaches more people! But even Google Adsense has seen a slowdown in advertising. Even though Google’s overall revenue rose from $5.34 billion to $5.52 billion comparing last year’s second quarter to this year’s second quarter, the growth rate of Adsense, the name of Google’s online ads has slowed to single-digit revenue growth. In the 5 years since Google went public the growth rate has never fallen below 30% until last year.

But hey, they are still making billions!

I wish they would share more with us Internet writers, and Xomba which hosts the site!

But I will let you know what they do share. My 50%, and my 10% referrals average about $30 per month, and I try to average about an hour a day. I have been with Xomba for a little over a year, and it took months, and many e-mails to Xomba’s publisher to learn how to bring in any income at all. But you all know, practice makes perfect!

Google pays you, not Xomba. They pay per click on an ad, and sometimes for page views. Ad rates vary, and no one can figure out Google’s formula either, as they are purposefully unclear.

So instead of going by a specific formula, go by what writers are making. According to other reports, that I have read on Xomba other writers make more money than I do, but I believe they put in more hours a day, and they probably are more adept at it. Other Xomba writers from what I hear make less, but some of them are writing just as a hobby, and not for any income opportunities. I have also read that there are some husband, and wife Xomba writing teams going on too! Keep in mind that I can’t attest to any income that I personally have no personal knowledge about; however.

But unlike other web opportunities, I can assure you this isn’t a scam, and nobody is touting that writing for Xomba will make you rich, or that you should quit your day, or as the case may be your night job! There is no fee to set up a Google Adsense account, and a Xomba account, two things you will need to do to make this work. But it will cost you your time, energy, Internet Dial up fee, and the utilities to run your computer, and the cost of your phone, or cable line. And you will be responsible for paying any income tax to the IRS, your State government, or if you live overseas to your own government.

But if you are unemployed and still using the Internet to look for a job, and want to make enough money to at least pay your dial up Internet Juno, or NetZero fee of $9.99 per month why not try writing for Xomba as a side job?

But please if you do decide to work for Google as an Independent Contractor, with Xomba as your host site, click on my referral link below, or type in my address!

In my own period of unemployment, I can really use the extra 10% referral! And remember the referral bonus does not come out of your pocket it comes out of Nick Veneris pocket, the owner, and publisher of www.xomba.com.
