She is now haunted by her ex-best friend, Serena Vander Woodsen.

Serena and Blair grew up together, along with Chuck Bass and Nate Archibalt, untill Serena left the Upper East Side to go to boarding school. Before leaving, Serena had sex with Blair's boyfriend. Now that she's been kicked out of boarding school she is back in Blair's life...and Nate's as well.
