The Season 3 of "Gossip Girl" has been airing since Monday, September 14, 2009. The cast began filming on June 29, 2009 in New York City. Hillary Duff has confirmed that she will be joining the show for a multi-episode guest arc. Blair ends up with Georgina as as her roommate in the dorms at NYU. While Serena and Chuck come to blows, so she joins forces with Chuck's enemy, Carter.
