The global greenhouse-gas trading market will expand to $116 billion by year's end, an 80 percent gain on 2007, according to New Carbon Finance, the London-based research company.

The size of the market will jump to $550 billion in 2012 and $3 trillion in 2020, New Carbon Finance said today in an e-mailed statement.

We have imaginary terrorists, imaginary carbon credits, imaginary schools that teach make believe subjects and issue worthless diplomas. All of which will cost real money from taxes.
