I read this article, looking for the meat. Where is the meat?

Where is the study published? One problem is that I can't find the meat here. This sounds like it is not peer reviewed, so I wondered where the paper being quoted was. I am amazed that the news writer did not cite sources, and amounts, and also the details of where Greenland has stopped melting into the ocean at an advanced rate. What is normal? is 17 years normal? Well, I read it. Now where is the real thing? Thanks Taprial
