Here is a pretty cool link on how to make a variety of different Halloween costumes.  The sites provides instructions on how to make a angle, army person, cat, butterfly, clown, crayon, doctor, devil, mummy, mime, robot, spider, and a ton more.  Halloween is on a Saturday this year which means no work or school! ;))
