Halloween Haters Are Young, Loud & Proud

Every adult that went trick or treating as a child can remember the one house on the street that was too spooky to go up to the front door. The house where the mean old lady or man lived who would always turn out the lights and pretend not to be home on Halloween night.
That mean old lady or man were the original Halloween Haters. The silent minority. It was un-American to discuss a hatred towards all things Halloween, leaving them with the only option of pretending not to be home.
Times have changed. Halloween Haters are young, loud and proud. No longer the silent minority that hide in their darkened homes on Halloween night, but loudly proclaim and celebrate their hatred of Halloween.
Specialty retailers have caught wind of the Halloween Haters and have designed 'non-costumes' for those that despise the fall event of costume wearing and trick or treating. Non-costume T-shirts that have the simple statement 'I Hate Halloween' printed on them are quite popular among the loud and proud Halloween Hater group.
There are various reasons why some people hate Halloween. Timid children forced to wear scary costumes and knock on strangers doors often grow up to be Halloween Haters.
Whatever your reason may be for being a Halloween Hater, you're not alone and you don't have to be silent any longer. Halloween Haters are young, loud and proud.
