Have You Tried Beer, Coffee And Anger For Good Health?
posted December 15, 2008 - 11:40pmYes, it's true, red wine, sex and maggots can help you live longer.....
1)RED WINE
Wine is known to contain anti-cancer and artery-protecting benefits. There is an antioxidant found specifically in the skin of red wine grapes, called resveratrol. This helps to prevent gum disease and Alzheimer's.< p>
2)ANGER
Stop bottling up your anger. Explode if you need to. Occasional bursts of anger are good for your health. Anger can be an even more effective coping mechanism than becoming afraid, irritated or disgusted. Anger, however, is best in moderation: stay angry for long periods of time and you'll be plagued with a host of health issues, like blood pressure, sleep disorders and lung damage.
3)COFFEE
This is both good and bad for you. It is major source of antioxidants and helps reduce the risk of diabetes. And it's the best cure for a hangover, especially after all that beer we have consumed.
4)MAGGOTS
Okay, so they are creepy and slimy and eeky. But they can actually save your life. Certain maggots placed on serious wounds, bite away on bacteria and dead tissue, stimulating healing and helping to prevent infection.
5)SEX
Apart from the obvious pleasures, sex is the best way to reduce stress, lower cholesterol and improve circulation throughout the body. As if you needed another excuse.
6)SUNLIGHT
Exposure to the sun's rays is necessary to survive, but don't stay out too long. It can also cause a lot of skin problems. Sunlight is good for asthmatics who benefit from the ultraviolet rays.
7)BEER
Drinking moderate amounts of beer can actually help improve cardiovascular functions. The trick is to drink, as I said earlier, in moderate amounts.
