The Prize consists of a trip to be shared by winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to Maui, Hawaii ("Trip"). Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and Guest to Maui, Hawaii from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) near winner’s residence in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec); economy rental car for six (6) days; standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) for five (5) nights at the Sheraton Maui; and two (2) rounds of golf for Winner and Guest (four (4) rounds total). Golf course and location to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is: $4,995 U.S. Prize Winner and Guest must be able to travel between January 15, 2008 and June 30, 2008, as deemed by Sponsor at its sole discretion, or forfeit prize.
