Health is considered the best investment that you can do with your own body . Healthy people always are successful people and they do their work more efficiently and more easily . health is that secret that make people happier and more active in their lives . So , trying to maintain the maximum level of health in your own life is not a luxury , but it's a must . Health can be maintained by several ways . Sport is one of the ways that you can do to maintain a healthy body and energy . you can go run every day for 10 minutes in the morning and believe me you will notice the difference that happenes after making it a habit . Health also can be maintained by eating the right food . The right food means that the food that contain various important elements for life like vitamins , proteins , fats and of course carbohydrates which are the main source for energy . there are a lot of ways for maintaining a healthy life style , but the first step for that is to be really interested in having a healthy life style..good luck
