People with diabetes will need to eat food that are tailored for diabetics. They have to avoid food that is high in sugar content. Diabetics have a high sugar level in their body and they can get really sick if they eat food that is high in sugar content. Diabetics need to know that any food or drink that have sugar in it will make them have an increase in sugar level. They can go into keto-acidosis if their sugar level reach a high level. They should test their sugar daily so that they can manage their disease better. They can also stay away from food that can be converted to sugar. They should stay away from carbohydrate, sugary food, junk food, candies and cakes.
Avoid Sweets, Fat and Alcohol

Sweet food have a high sugar content. A candy bar can have more sugar than your complete healthy meal. You should avoid the little candy bar because it's very high in sugar. Sugar is one of the main ingredients in most junk food like ice cream, milk shakes, candy bar, and cakes. You should cross these items from your list. You shouldn't stock your kitchen with it. Certain fruits like apple and banana has sugar in it too. Carbohydrates like bread, noodles, rice, pasta have a high sugar content too.
Eat More Fruits, Vegetables and Grains

Fruits and vegetables might have a lower sugar content than other food. You should eat a lot of vegetables for your daily diet. You will not get sick if you eat fruits and vegetables. There're certain fruits and vegetables that have a high sugar content like apple, banana, plum, and grapes. You can stay away from fruit that taste really sweet.
Fish and Chicken

Fish and chicken do not have a high sugar content and they're low in fat. They're great for people with diabetes. You can eat more fish and other lean meat. You should cut out all fats that are stuck to the meat.
