Healthy With Banana
posted October 13, 2009 - 7:29pmI think we all know this fruit. "banana" is a tropical fruit. But there is a great benefit by eating banana. It looks simple but it good for our healthy. Like :
- preventing cardiovaskular. Banana contain fiber substance. Many research said that people who eat lots of fiber, about 21 grams per day, reduce the cardiovaskular almost 12%. It keep our eyes healthy. Consumption of fruits such as bananas showed protection against eyes disease.
- Bone Repair. Eat banana regularly will help absorb more calsium, better than other fruit. It good for our colon. The body's ability to absorb calsium make our bone stronger. And it good to prevent colon cancer.
There is a good tips how to eat banana. Choose the ripe banana. Because the more ripe of the fruit contain the higher antioxidant. Beside we can eat as a salad, sandwich and banana crepes. We can serve it with oatmeal. With all the benefit, we can add the banana in our food list. I hope it benefit for us.
