In absence of emotional balance in a child, his other developments get curtailed and are eventually not beneficial.
Let your child experience and express emotions: Children go through all kind of pleasant and unpleasant emotion-love, jealousy, anger, affection, fear, shyness. Unlike adult, their emotions are frequent, transitory and overt. As parents, we often loss patience and temper over our children with the way they express themselves. We scold, snub and criticize them.

Gently guide the child: Gradually and patently teach your child how to express in a socially approved manner, Comfort the child when he expresses fear, give him space if he feels shy, support him when he act nasty, answer his questions when he is curious, explain him the right way with logic and not anger.

Create positive feelings around your child: Express your love often to your child, Hug at least once a day. Show pride in his tiny accomplishment. Do small presents, plan picnics, have art sessions, dance together, and create an atmosphere of love and security at home so that your child receives positive vibrations.

Take care of your emotional health: Lot depends upon the emotional state of the child’s parents, grandparents or other members of the family. Stress and negativity of the parents will affect the child negativity. So be a happy positive human being.
