Helpful houshold tip of the day

Did you know that you can put candles in the freezer overnight to make them dripless.
This is best used for those long candles that everyone uses at Thanksgiving time. But you can use any candle. I like to use the ones that are full of fragrance so they last longer.
What happens is the wax gets harder making it longer to melt. So the flame has to burn the wax that's there first. This also helps in conserving the candles so that you don't have to go out and buy a bunch of candles all the time. Those Yankee candles are expensive.
