Hilary Clinton Open to Being Vice President with Obama

Hilary Clinton is apparently open to being the vice presidential nominee with Barack Obama as the presidential candidate.

Some of her staff have tentatively floated the issue while not conceding to Barack Obama. She's still openly campaigning, but let's be honest, she knows she can't win.

A VP slot would be a definite step up for her and is her only chance at getting herself and husband Bill back to the White House.

We all knew this was coming and that Hilary would offer to be the vice presidential nominee. This is probably why she is still campaigning--to prove her popularity in many states and show that she is a viable candidate to run on the same bill as Obama.

Clearly, the two of them together, Hilary and Obama, would be a unifying pair.

But hold on a minute. Hilary Clinton is an incredibly polarizing figure. Would her being on the same ticket dissuade some republican leaning voters from voting for Barack Obama for president of the US?

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

As a last point, would Obama even want to run with Hilary Clinton? Maybe he won't have a choice.

I FOR ONE, MUST SAY "NO" TO HILLARY

An Obama/Clinton ticket may prove to be popular, but I just could not vote for her. With the widespread disapproval of the current Bush administration, this election was all but handed to the Democrats on a silver platter. But now, I am afraid, Clinton has caused much irreparable damage to the party by sticking in the race as long as she has - Maybe even enough damage to lose the election to McCain. We will just have to wait and see...
