Holiday Weight Gain Can be Given Back

Holiday Weight Gain can be Resolved to be lost after New Years.

With the Holiday Waist Gain of the season a lot of people are enthusiastic about a new diet and exercise program in the New Year, but when results aren't apparent right away, they tend to go back to the habits that caused the weight gain.
