Homes for sale!

Moving on the road side we come view many advertisement regarding HOMES FOR SALE. Many don’t even cares. But some that are living in some small home and had a pressure of buying some new home for increasing family size notice this advertisement very carefully. Others who are living in a rent house, also try to find out the cost of that home. That is if the cost is within their pocket, so that they can buy that home and give their family a safer and permanent place to life for the lifetime. The need can be different but the motive is same in all the cases to own a better dwelling place.

Now looking at the advertisements on the road when we see a HOME FOR SALE. Then the first things that comes in our mind is to let us check out the availability of that home. Is the home available for sale is according to requirements of our family. Here we will point out all those needs that are must to be noticed while buying a new home.

Cost within our reach:

The first step is to find out the value of the home. This is done so as to find out that the cost is within our reach or not. That is, if we will be able to pay the amount easily. And along with that the motive behind searching for the right value of the home is to get the home at least possible rates. Actually the person selling home can sell you at more than market price. So it will be better to confirm the market value of that home. This way you will be able to bid for the new home and get the best bargain. And the seller won’t be able to charge you extra money that the real market value. It is also suggested that the person before making such deal should carefully look into his pocket. That is he should be 100% percent sure of paying the buying amount in the prefixed period to get the new home. He should not have run here and there in need of money at that time.

Conditions of the home:

It will be better, if the person buying the home for sale sees it with his own eyes. A person should not just be depending on the talks of others. Because different people have different views and they may not be according to your thinking. After your thinking will ask for such home which will be comfortable, safe and economical to you. Which can’t be considered by anyone else on your behalf. Take out time and go to that home with the seller. Start working your steps while entering the home. Have a look at the conditions of the home. Is the outer paint beautiful enough. Are there any cracks on the wall from outside. Now enter the home and watch every thing inside the home. Look around as you came to pin point mistakes only. Ask questions to the seller. Remember if you hesitated in asking questions now, than you may find yourself in a big problem one day. Watch the space in the rooms. Count the number of rooms and calculate that if the number is enough for you family or not. Don’t forget to see the bathrooms. It is said to figure out the real position of the home, you should start with the bathrooms. Check for the proper disposal of the water in the sink. Touch every thing by your own hand, as it may help you find out some problem, which was not seen by your eyes.

Neighbors and area of location:

After all we are going to live in the new home with our neighbors and the locality. So it becomes necessary to figure out the kind of locality you are going to live with. Are the people of that area a civilized and respectable member of the society? Go out to meet the neighbors. Find out their views about the new home. Reason being that the seller will never tell you the negative points of the home. So it is suggested to visit the neighbor in the absence of the seller. Don’t forget to fetch some information about the neighbors. Try to know more about there profession, there status and the kind of person they are. Move around in the locality and find out the other people living there. You may not need to talk to them. But you should watch them for some time.

History of the home:

It will be better to ask the history of your new home from the seller. Don’t forget to ask the reason he want to sell the home. Double check the reason told by the seller by talking to the neighbors in the absence of the seller. Make sure that the home is not a disputable territory. Find out if there is any partner of the seller, and if he/she is also ready to sell the home. Know more about the years of making of the home. It should not be more than 10 years at maximum. A home much older might become a threat to the life of your family member. At last ask for the material used for making home, and double check the strength of the material by an Architect.

Availability of daily needs:

Your home should not be so far from the daily needing store. A daily need store should be within 5 kms of the distance of your home. You should not find it difficult to fulfill your daily need by going far. A bus stand should be near the home, so that you and your family don’t find difficult to move around the place. The service providers like the plumber, painter, electrician should be reachable easily from your home when you need them.

Governmental Confirmation:

At last when you are satisfied give yourself some time to think. And for the mean while send some letter for the confirmation of the home by governmental agencies. The motive behind is to check either the information given by the seller is true or false. Does the seller really own the home and if yes than there should not is any case registered on the home regarding its occupation. Much other information’s also get check and double-checked by taking this step.

At the completion of all the above mentioned steps. You are ready to buy that home. If you are convinced then don’t take much time. Because you don’t get to buy such home, which comes true on all your expectations.
