honey "tree bark" biscuits: I Love Biscuits
posted August 21, 2008 - 6:32pmThis has to be absolutely refreshing. I could do this for lunch, even better brunch. The recipe suggests to add a course of triple-crème, and fresh blueberries. That ought to add a juicy succulence.
Serve it with eggs over easy and some hot sauce... This should be on a bed and breakfast menu.
I made that last part up myself.:) Cooking is a great subject. I have to admit I was just browsing around some recipe pages and this got my mouth to watering. Simple goodness.
The recipe calls for preparation of the biscuits three days in advance for better flavor. Store in air tight container.
Yea right who is going to wait three days? I have a hard enough time letting biscuits cool down.
