Hooda in trouble over 'disrespect' to national flag

Alleging disrespect to the national flag and Ashok Chakra, a Panchkula resident has sought criminal proceedings against Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Deputy CM Chandermohan and six others, including two bureaucrats.
