What an inspirational story. I read about how they're using horses to help rehabilitat brain injured veterans. It's a great story not to be missed.

Being a veteran myself, although very fortunate not to have any injuries, I was checking out the Department of Veterans Affairs site, when  I came across this story. Seems that two veterans, named Craig and Loren suffering from a brain injury, as well as some physical injuries, were given the opportunity for equine therapy for six weeks at the Thousand-Acre Double H Ranch in Yreka, California, with Occupational Therapist and registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Marcia Cushman. They did everyhting from getting the horses ready for riding, as well as the riding itself. Check it out it's a great story you'll love reading!
