We’re taking a break from toys in this article to talk about Halloween. It is getting closer and closer to that spooktacular time of the year. Before you go spending your money on new decorations or pumpkins this year make sure you put some thought into your costume.

2007 was a year for big blockbusters such as Spiderman, Transformers, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Halloween and the Simpsons. We haven’t seen any Transformer costumes yet, but we’re sure someone will try to put together something for Halloween. With limitless choices how does one decide what to dress up as?

Well rest assured we’ve done a little research and have found a couple of really great costumes for you ghouls and gals… Just remember to shop around for price. Specialty stores are expensive, but sometimes they are the only places to get the costume you are looking for. Be warned, during our research as of September 4th many online stores were already sold out so start researching on the Internet now.

New Costumes For Women:

Pirates are going to be in again this year and ladies you should consider the Pirates of the Caribbean: Deluxe Elizabeth costume.

If swash buckling isn’t your thing you could always go Goth with the Nightmare Black Widow Adult Costume

Let’s not forget the more traditional witch costume called Stitch Witch

Finally, ladies if you are chasing video game nerds (and who isn’t) then consider going as Street Fighter Chun-Li

New Costumes for Men:

What man doesn’t like beer? Now you can go as everybody’s favorite hero Beer Man

If you are going to be a captain this year then don’t be a Sparrow go as Pirates of the Caribbean: Davey Jones

Looking for something on the scary side then check out the Haunted Hotel-Head Holders-Butler costume

And finally for the superhero in all of us check out Black-Suited Spider-Man 3 Deluxe Muscle (Emo Peter Parker not included)
