How about a unique Mother's Day gift?

A unique Mother's Day gift would be more appropriate when you look at what Anna Jarvis had intended for Mother's Day when she created it a 100 years ago.

Apparently, she would not be pleased with all these flowers, candy and gifts that we buy off the stores. She questioned why buy a card. Why not write a personal note?

Can her thoughts on this still be applied today?
