How To Be More At Ease

That turned the student and he says you know words sit. And he went on to explain it. Meditation is really anything that holds the mind -- anything that creates a space between one side. In the next -- -- is a form of meditation. And so partnering with your breath is an excellent way to do things when you -- This is the only thing that's alive in this moment. And so when you partner -- and befriended. And constantly recognizes an honor and live with your best. Then you -- our whole -- the mind that normally is living in the past.
