How to be Physically Fit after Childbirth

Every new mother is exited that their new baby has arrived. Getting up early after the birth of a child at 2:00am for feedings and diaper changes is tiring enough. New mothers want to get physically fit after childbirth as soon as they can. It usually takes six to eight weeks for the healing process after childbirth when the doctor will let you start a workout routine as normal. Unless you had a cesarean childbirth then it is until the incisions heal.
