The best way to reduce fat is to eat less sugary food, less fat food, less calories and exercise daily.You can also try tea to help burn off excess calories and increase your metabolism. Green tea will help you increase your metabolism and help you lose weight.
Eat Smaller Meals Throughout The Day
When you eat smaller meals throughout the day, you can gain less weight and your body will have a chance to use the calories for energy, leaving you with no excess calories to be converted to fat. Instead of three large meals, you can break it down to seven small, light meals. Eat only when you're hungry. If you eat when you're full, then the food will be converted to fat since your body doesn't need to use it. You can eat breakfast. If you skip any meal, you'll gain weight because your metabolism will slows down. You'll also eat a large meal afterward which will make you gain weight faster. You can always snack throughout the day to keep from getting hungry. Drinking plenty of water will help you feel full.

Many of us eat because we constantly feel hungry even when we just eat a few hours ago. It's said that if your brain sends out mixing hunger message, you can be eating all day long. If you have a job that you sit all day long, you will gain more weight than other people because you don't burn calories. You can get up and move around once in awhile or work out during your lunch break. If you don't move enough at work, you can work out before you go to work or after work.
