How To Care For Coloured Contact Lenses

Inserting Your Lenses

* Wash hands thoroughly before handling your lenses...no creams, lotions & makeup etc
* If you are handling over the sink, be sure to plug the drain
* place lenses in your palm, check if its inside out.....its inside out if edges flare up slightly
* place lense on your forefinger
* by using your other hand, pull the edge of your upper and lower eyelid (to reduce blinking)
* look up and place lense on white of your eye
* look down to reposition the lense, then blink blink blink
* REPEAT for your other eye

Removing Your Lenses

* Wash your hands thoroughly befpre handling your lenses...no creams, lotions & make up etc
* Pull and hold upper and lower eyelids open (to reduce blinking)
* your lense should be in the centre of your eye
* squeeze your lense gently together and pull out
* place lense into your lense case that has soft lense solution already in it

*~*~*~My Recommendation for a Soft Lense Solution is "Opti Free Express" for soft lenses, this can be purchased at your local chemist.~*~*~

Tips

* Do Not share your lenses with anyone
* Do Not sleep with your lenses in
* Always keep your lenses in your lense case that has solution in it
* Be gently handling your lenses, extra care to be taken if you have long finger nails
* Do Not let your lenses dry out
* Do Not put damaged lenses into your eyes
* Apply make up after inserting your lenses
* Do Not use Saline to disinfect your lenses
* Do Not mix lenses with saliva
* Never soak lenses in tap or strilised water
