How to change a diaper with three wipes or less
posted November 19, 2009 - 12:41amWant to be able to use less wipes when changing your baby? It is very easy to do and is not much different then what you are already doing. Just follow these simple steps...
-
Step 1
First when taking off your baby's diaper, taking the front portion and wipe front to back taking off any extra. That will clean up loose particles that may take more than one wipe itself.
-
Step 2
Take the first wipe and starting with the genital area, wipe it clean of any urine and poopie that may have found its way forward. Once you wipe the genital area fold the wipe and then wipe the butt area for any of the larger mess that was not caught by the front flap of the diaper.

Step 3
Take the second or even third wipes and finish cleaning the butt area of any extra poopie. That should leave your baby's butt clean and happy. I have done this every time I have changed a diaper and have never had to use more than three wipes. It may take a couple of tries to get it down but it works.
