How to control anger

How to control anger

Anger can be genetic or environmental
Anger can be from genetic, environmental problems, personal problems, mental illness, drugs, or all of the above
There are those who have mental illnesses or genetic anger problems and it continues all through their lives
Can you control it
Yes! Anger can be managed
If you’re willing to do all of the activities that are necessary to control anger
You have to be willing to control your anger
If you don’t, you will be fighting with people a lot
And it’s not good in public

Genetic
There is a genetic root to anger problems
It runs in some of my relatives
It continues for years if they don’t get it under control
See a doctor and they will prescribe medication for those that have too strong of an anger problem
Environment
The environment can make you angry
Your family can make you angry
Work stress can make you angry
Relationship can make you angry
Job losses can make you angry

Drugs, alcohol, not enough sleep
These three things are sure ways to make you angry
I’ve seen it over and over again
My brother use to not sleep, drink and get agitated all the time
At me
Which is not fair
Drugs, alcohol
These things would change your brain chemistry making you more prone to anger
Increases your blood pressure
Causes agitation
This is why you see many drugs users running around like they’re mad or angry

What you can do
Avoid drugs, alcohol, not sleeping
The more you sleep, the calmer you’ll be
Don’t go without sleep
Don’t drink or do drugs
Drink plenty of water and juices to calm you down
Relax
Exercise will do everything to your health
It will reduce your bad, anger hormones and produce good hormones
What you can do
Take anger management classes
Get to the doc for some medications
Sleep more
Stay away from environment or people that make you angry
Relax
Medication
Yoga
Deep breaths
Take a time out whenever you’re angry
Give yourself five minutes of break and remove yourself from the situation
