The easiest one...

The easiest one I ever cooked was on a grill.  It only took about two to three hours.  It has been several years now, and I can't remember exactly how long but it was much faster than I expected it to be and it was very tender as well.  It was not only the easiest one I ever cooked it very likely was if not the best definitely one of the best ones as well.  An excellent Article especially considering the seasons that are coming up.
