How to Defrag your Computer using Scheduled Tasks

A brief tutorial on how to use XP "Scheduled Tasks" to automatically defrag your computer, while you sleep or are at work.  Although not a specific function in task scheduler, a simple batch-file is used to instruct the OS to perform defragmentation.  Choose daily, weekly, or any interval you want, anytime you want. After all, who wants to sit and watch a defrag?
