How to Draft a Fantasy Football Team
posted October 9, 2009 - 10:03pmFollow these tips on draft day.
1. Draft running backs early and often. Running backs are year in year out the highest and most consistent point producers. Adrian Peterson was an average 9th round selection his rookier year, well we all know how that turned out. nbsp; There always seems to be one or two rookie running backs that score and score a ton (Peterson, Forte, LT),
2. Draft kickers and defense last and dead last. These two positions are worthless and the point variation between top kickers/defense and average kickers/defense are low. In fact most of the time you can pick up a defense on waivers based on match ups for the week.
3. Draft quarterbacks and wide receivers in the middle rounds. Don't wait until the last few rounds to grab these positions. After running back needs are met go after a middle tier QB or WR .
Follows these tips and thank me later.
