How To Draw A Witch

Learning to draw a witch is one of them things that either you have seen the classic form of witch so you know or maybe you want to find out how to draw a modern day witch. Well here we have the classic witch drawing in simple steps a sort of how to draw a witch.

First we need to have the right focus and the right inspiration for the classical witch design, look to the films like wizard of oz for the wicked witch and see that that is the basic template for our purposes here.

A good witch is just the classic one that you see at the end this article. But now onto the simple steps to draw a witch:

1. Everything starts with a draft sketch, one that sets up the pose of the witch and slight suggestions of clothing and hat.

2. We begin to follow through with our initial sketch and build on the key elements we set up in the draft sketch, everything should become more defined here and seen as what is to come.

3. Details, features and clothing specifics come into focus on your drawing and everything should be looking quite solid in design with all the rough pencil lines erased for a professional look.

4. Any colour you add is up to you here or shading which is my particular favourite, but from here you could ink your drawing, scan it into your computer and colour or manipulate it any way you see fit, the possibilities are endless!
