How to Drink More Green Tea

Studies have shown that drinking green tea regularly can slightly boost your metabolism and may reduce your risk of certain diseases. Here's how to drink more green tea.
Substitute green tea for your morning coffee. If you're hooked on the taste of coffee, try some of the one of the roasted varieties of green tea such as Hojica. Many coffee drinkers enjoy its smoky taste.
To drink more green tea, add herbs and dried fruits to give it a different taste every day. You can buy herbal teas and mix them with green tea to create flavorful blends.
Make a green tea smoothie. Mix Matcha green tea powder with low-fat milk, yogurt, and coffee flavoring. Put it in the blender with ice and create your own green tea smoothie. Experiment with different coffee flavorings.
Add green tea to soups instead of water. This is a sneaky way to drink more green tea and add flavor to your soup.
To drink more green tea, fill a thermos with iced green tea and carry it with you to work and to the health club.
Make a large pot every morning and challenge yourself to drink the whole thing by the end of the day.
