How To Fail a Breathalizer Test

Because I work for Klamath County Corrections I have given a few breathalizer tests and I must admit I have never had anybody fail one quite like this.

I have had clients (re-entry inmates) say a lot of different things, do a lot of different things, but this guy takes the cake, or the whole enchilada.
