HOW FOOTBALL TRANSFER MARKET WORK 3

“HOW FOOTBALL TRANSFER AND MARKET WORK 3”

There are different
types of negotiation that are involved in the football transfer market.
The two football clubs involved are to negotiate and agree on the
transfer fee of the player in the market, then the new club must pay
the agreed sum before the player is allowed to go.

The and his
agent are also to negotiate the players contract with the new club. The
two negotiations normally go together. The footballer’s new wage and
salary, benefits, bonuses, and possible exit clause and image right and
other minor details are what the players agent concentrate on.

When
all parties have agreed on terms and conditions, then the footballer is
to proceed for medicals at the facility of the new club.

If the
football player passes the medicals, then the whole deal is considered
to have been successful. If on the other hand, the player fails the
medicals, then the deal is said to have fell through.

After
passing the medicals, the football player can then sign the new
contract negotiated by the agent, then the player is officially
declared the player of the new club.

The unveiling of the new football player is the last ceremony of the transfer process.
