All you have to do is fill up a form providing details about the website that you wish to place ads on, your contact information, and agree to follow all their terms and policies. Then you wait for about two weeks to a month till they fete the information out and get back to you.

Then you activate the account by placing the publisher id in your profile data on the website. Now sit back and enjoy writing about all you know.
