How to Have Valentines Day on a Budget

When living on limited means the holiday of February 14th, Valentine's Day, can seem to have as high expectations as the Christmas holiday in regards to the giving of gifts, if not even higher when it comes to the diamond and roses department. This holiday can be a wonderful, giving day for less when you have Valentines Day on a budget.
