How to Have a Well Behaved Child When Going Out

To be point blank, I find many parents today who are at fault for their child's behavior. It not fair that I have to make my kids leave the McDonald's Playland just because other kids are being wild animals. Please if you one of these parents, here are some steps that will help us all.
