How I lost fifty pounds
posted June 1, 2008 - 7:46pmFive years ago I lost 50 pounds going from 190 to 140. My health improved greatly and my energy level increased. For those who might be interested here is how I did it.
First of all with my diet I stopped eating all fast food. I also eliminated red meat and started eating chicken and fish instead. Finally I switched to diet pop. Those were the only changes I made to my diet. I kept the actual volume of food I ate the same.
As far as exercise the only thing I did was start taking daily walks. If the weather was bad I just went to the mall to walk. I made it a point to walk at least 45 minutes a day. It took about 6 months for me to lose the weight. A pretty simple plan but it worked well for me.
