If you eat a large meal, you will have a hard time digesting
Eat small meal so that your digestive system have the chance to digest it
Instead of three big meals
Eat six small meals
Let your stomach have the chance
to digest it

This is great for diabetics too as there will be time for sugar to be removed by insulin or insulin is not secreted too much at any particular time
Eat food that is well cut out
If you eat a large piece, you will have a hard time digesting it

It moves things around and help digestion speed up
It also secretes more enzyme for digestion when you exercise
