How to Keep From Getting Sick
Step 1

first you will need to go to the store and buy a bottle of white vinegar. preferably with a small twist cap on it.

  • Step 2

once a week you will need to fill the small vinegar cap with the white vinegar and drink it like a shot. at first the taste might put you off but if you can keep with it the taste will eventually grow on you and will no longer be a problem for you.

  • Step 3

doing this once a week for the rest of your life will keep you body cleansed from harmful toxins, boost your immune system, and most of all keep you from getting sick. i have been doing this for almost five years now after a doctor mentioned i try it and i haven't been sick a day since. but please don't just take my word for it, try it out and prove it to yourself. what do you have to loose? if im wrong you still clean harmful toxins out of your system and get healthier and if im right you stop getting sick and get to enjoy your life more. the best part of this is that it is very cheap to do and can be done at home.

interesting article. Apple

interesting article. Apple cider vinegar has some wonderful health giving properties too.

Staying Healthy Naturally

Great advice, especially with all the concerns of these spooky viruses that are showing up all the time.

I wonder if this works by changing the PH balance of the body to be more acidic where maybe virus and bacteria are not able to grow as easily?

I also wonder if something like dill pickle juice would serve the same purpose.  It is mainly vinegar but tastes a little better with the spices added.  :<)
